PropacPayless is a leading specialty service pharmacy, we offer a wide range of customized pharmacy services for the following markets: 
•    Skilled nursing/intermediate care facilities
•    Assisted living/residential care centers
•    Behavioral health communities
•    Correctional facilities

We are seeking a full time Pharmacy Admissions/Intake to support our Vancouver facility.  Duties include entering patient information for new admissions or returning residents for the facilities that the pharmacy services..

Primary Functions
01. Enter patient information into patient profile for new admissions.
02. Update patient profile on returning residents.
03. Gather data from patient profile face sheets.
04. Communicate to facility when profile information is incomplete.
05. Coordinate workload to be done in a timely manner to meet pharmacy delivery deadlines.
06. Provides clerical support to the pharmacy as requested.
07. Performs related duties as requested.

06. Maintains neat appearance, good personal hygiene and appropriate attire.
07. Participates in continuing education, training, in-services, and attends staff meetings as required.
08. Assists with projects as assigned and performs other related duties.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Medicare Part A, Medicare Part D and Medicaid necessary.
• Experience in pharmacy setting, LTC a plus
• Accurate data entry skills is a must.
• Customer service experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills along with problem solving skills required.
