This Executive team is looking for a professional whose skills are unmatched in executive support. Responsibilities include and are not limited to: Support C-Level Executives Screen incoming calls and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals Able to create expense reports, presentations, agendas and other documents as needed Schedule a high volume of meetings across multiple time zones Maintain all calendars of events and meetings up to date Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, Manage all mail and package shipping duties – incoming and outgoing (internal & external).
