PropacPayless is a leading specialty service pharmacy, we offer a wide range of customized pharmacy services for the following markets: 
•    Skilled nursing/intermediate care facilities
•    Assisted living/residential care centers
•    Behavioral health communities
•    Correctional facilities

We are seeking a full-time Emergency Box Technician in our Vancouver facility.  The E-Box Technician is responsible for maintaining all user access and credentials, monitoring tracking reports, and assist the Cubex Coordinator as needed.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize the Cubex Replenishment Station for new business projects, daily purchase order fulfillment and expiring replacements for 60+ Cubex sites.
  2. Unload all E-Box returns noting any signs of tampering or diversion.
  3. Ensure all medications and supplies are fully stocked in the department at all times.
  4. Process E-Box/Cubex medication removals in Framework in an accurate and timely manner compliant with company policy, procedures and Federal/State Laws.
  5. Identify and report any and all irregularities, inappropriate patterns or suspicion of diversion.
  6. Answer E-Box/Cubex related emails and phone calls.
  7. Maintain user access lists and add/remove users by request
  8. Maintain updated E-Box/Cubex content lists
  9. Maintain quarterly/annual approval letters
  10. Assist with other E-box/Cubex related report management/tracking
  11. Performs all other duties as assigned

  6. Maintains neat appearance, good personal hygiene and appropriate attire.
  7. Participates in continuing education, training, in-services, and attends staff meetings as required.
  8. Assists with projects as assigned and performs other related duties.

Required Skills
• Washington Pharmacy Technician License required
• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Pharmacy Assistant experience preferred
• Strong organizational and detail orientation skills
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment
• Experience with Framework data entry, DocuTrack, and Microsoft Office a plus
• Proficient in dosage calculations
• Ability to stand 6-8 hours a day
