The Sr. Director-Data, AI shapes the strategic direction and executes the enterprise strategy for AI across the organization. The incumbent partners extensively and cross functionally with line of business leaders to ensure alignment to all business objectives. Proactively creates solutions to solve business issues and challenges. Brings innovative insights within and outside the industry to shape the company's overall capabilities to create and sustain competitive differentiation. Will have a strong understanding of the marketplace, consisting of financial, servicing, wealth management and fintech competitors.

Job Responsibilities


  • Support the development, deployment, and ongoing enhancements of the dedicated advice, sales, and service BOTs in conjunction with the appropriate business teams
  • Build NLP (Natural Language Processing) for the enterprise to interface with both voice and text
  • Develop BOT orchestration across the enterprise
  • Ensure that rich media integration and personalization is available for all web and app based BOT interfaces
  • Identify break-through innovations and new technologies, and develop adoption strategies that position as a technology leader
  • Provide comprehensive solutions to complex problems or needs
  • Ensure scope, goals, milestones, budget, risk, status, change requests and critical issues are effectively communicated to the client and project team Generate appropriate communication, process and educational plans for mitigating the disruption of change while facilitating identification and removal of obstacles to change



  • Master degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Stat or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in the implementation of Analytics solutions focused on customer facing applications
  • 4 + years of experience in building and designing AI and/or ML bots focused in automating customer interaction and/or improving customer experience
  • Proven ability to set strategic direction and drive high quality execution
  • Strong track record of managing large scale initiatives and delivering capabilities to drive business growth
  • Solid understanding and exposure to financial services
  • Must be self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
  • Data driven analysis skills for measuring and managing delivery
  • Excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical issues to a broad audience base, must be able to articulate AI processes in a clear and translatable fashion to all audience levels
  • Highly adaptable to changing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams, including translating complex ideas into defined actions
