Title:  Salesforce Administrator (Community Cloud/ Service Cloud)

Job Summary:  Performs maintenance of Community/Service Cloud including development of reports and forms, system enhancements, and interfaces with other systems

Essential Duties:

  • Build, configure and customize Salesforce Community cloud platform based upon business and functional requirements
  • Send data between Community Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Integrate with other systems through Rest and Soap APIs and install 3rd party applications
  • Build custom lightning components that support existing managed package components
  • Create custom objects, validation rules, workflows, process automation, reporting, and dashboards
  • Configure page layouts designed for different business profiles and requirements that are accessible for desktop, tablet, and mobile interfaces 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Working knowledge of Lightning framework
  • Strong communication skills to interface with various technology teams and business stakeholders.
  • Extensive knowledge of Apex Classes/Controllers, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Components, Process Builder and Flows

Knowledge of Web Services/APIs, Workflow Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Case, Apps, Web-to-case/lead, Email-to-case

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • 2-years experience with Salesforce Community Cloud and Service Cloud
