Career Evolutions is looking for an Area Sales Manager for a fast-growing international manufacturing company headquartered in Stockholm Sweden. Full-time career opportunity with a total compensation up to $150,000 and benefits.

This is a high visibility role as you will serve as the go-to person for all sales related matters in the United States. You will be responsible for developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase sales of the company’s products and services in the US market.
You will report to the Director of Sales based in Sweden and work independently within established processes, procedures and guidelines associated with the role. You have a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. You will work with customers to find what they need, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. And, you will also establish strong relationships with distributors within the US market who has the expertise of the products and drive business together as partners.
As a professional you will have the freedom and responsibility to develop and drive the business with a long term outlook. And you don’t mind traveling as the role entails extensive travel.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Find new business within the Semi-Truck, Bus and Marina industries and develop existing customers into long lasting relationships and partnerships
Work as an ambassador in the US market representing the company in a professional manner and ensuring high customer service levels via strong follow up vis-à-vis its customers
Take ownership and responsibility to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of orders in the US market
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing preferred
7+ years’ experience in B2B sales with international sales experience
Prior sales experience in such industries as automotive, truck, equipment rental is preferred
Excellent understanding of the dealership business
Ability to work autonomously, take responsibility and develop excellent long term relationships with a feeling for driving business
Team player attitude and good at building business relationships via strong communication / customer service skills
Self-driven and highly motivated team-player with excellent communication skills in an international environment
