PropacPayless is a leading specialty service pharmacy, we offer a wide range of customized pharmacy services for the following markets: 
•    Skilled nursing/intermediate care facilities
•    Assisted living/residential care centers
•    Behavioral health communities
•    Correctional facilities

We are seeking Customer Care Technicians with active Pharmacy Technician Licenses to support our Vancouver, Washington facility.  We are passionate about providing professional and courteous customer service and are looking to add to our high-energy team.  You will resolve questions and concerns by providing first line communication to providers, nurses, care givers, and patients.   

Primary Functions: 

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls
  • Assist customers regarding orders and delivery 
  • Research customer concerns
  • Process Refills 
  • Complete QA reports 
  • Check refill line
  • Adaptable to changes, such as cross-training to support other departments

  6. Maintains neat appearance, good personal hygiene, and appropriate attire.
  7. Participates in continuing education, training, in-services, and attends staff meetings as required.
  8. Assists with projects as assigned and performs other related duties.

Required Skills
• Must be a Licensed Pharmacy Technician in good standing with Washington State Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong customer service skills exhibiting courteous telephone etiquette, patience, empathy and professionalism.
• Strong computer skills.
• Team orientated and willingness to help others.
• Has thorough understanding of medical terminology relative to job requirements.
• Understands pharmacy in-house workflow and different levels of care facilities.
• Has the ability to utilize resources within pharmacy staff to problem solve.
• Demonstrates common courtesy and professionalism to customers and co-workers of all levels.
