PropacPayless is a leading specialty service pharmacy, we offer a wide range of customized pharmacy services for the following markets: 
•    Skilled nursing/intermediate care facilities
•    Assisted living/residential care centers
•    Behavioral health communities
•    Correctional facilities

We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant in our Vancouver facility.  This position provides general office support to the accounting and human resources departments on a variety of clerical activities and tasks including but not limited to; answering incoming calls, managing the reception area, incoming and outgoing mail, requisitioning supplies, organizing office communication and activities on a day-to-day basis.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

1.  Answer telephones and direct the caller to appropriate associate; transfer caller to voice mailbox when associate is unavailable; takes and retrieves messages as needed

2.  Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to company, fax numbers, company website and other related information

3. Greets and directs visitors to the company; manages reception area to maintain a professional image

4. Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail

5.  Serves as point person for organizing all large mailings

6.  Maintains supply levels for office supplies; order, receive and distribute

7.  Assists in managing conference room reservations and organize aspects for meetings

8.  Provide administrative support to management staff on special projects

Accounting

9.  Assists Accounts Payable with paperless process; Scans paper invoices and monitor AP email for incoming vendor invoices and distribute all invoices to approver folders

10.  Provides support to Accounting Department; assist with mailing of weekly check run; prepare envelopes, postmark and mail

Human Resources

11.  Maintains confidential records and files for HR including creation of new personnel files

12.  Coordinates HR interviews, conducts references, orders business cards, new hire supplies

13.  Adds new hires to assigned e-mail groups removes termed employees from e-mails groups

14.  Mails out sympathy baskets

15.  Creates and revises HR forms

16.  Assists with verifications of employment

17.  Performs general job related duties as requested

Required Skills
• High School diploma or GED
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Working knowledge of mail processes such as postage machine, FedEx, UPS
• Computer literacy; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry
• Ability to work efficiently, timely and correctly in order to meet deadlines
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Well-developed verbal, listening, and written communications skills
• Ability to work independently or as a team player
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and manner
• Ability to contend with a wide variety of people on various issues
• Ability to work in a busy office with constant interruptions
• 1-3 years previous experience in an office environment
• Knowledge of general bookkeeping, accounting and/or Human Resources skills is a plus
