Own the entire sales process from start to finish. You will call on prospective clients, explain the benefits and value of services, and follow up on leads generated from a variety of sources.  You will also maintain relationships with existing clients.

Job Requirements

  • A proven track record of sales success in PEO or relevant business lines - HR, Payroll and/or Benefits
  • An ability to foster strong relationships with small-to medium-sized business owners and C-Level executives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A willingness to travel (20%) within local area
Required Skills

Job Requirements
• at least 3 years of sales experience with PEO or related experience in one of our core areas (i.e. Human Resources, Payroll and/or Benefits)
• Individuals who are well-established in their community and foster strong relationships with business owners and C-Level executives
• Proactive sales professionals who have perfected the art of relationship based sales of intangibles
• Must be comfortable partnering with the owners of small–to–medium sized businesses
• A great communicator with excellent presentation skills
• 20% travel within local area
