Practice growth and expansion has created a need for another full time Medical Receptionist. The hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday. There are no weekends or evening hours.  This practice has a very cohesive staff and they are committed to exceptional patient care.  The high patient volume requires someone who is very organized, congenial and can prioritize responsibilities.  This established practice needs a person with proven multi-tasking, organizational and communication skills. The Receptionist greets, registers and updates patient information, maintains flow at the front office and communicates with providers and clinicians. Collecting co-pays, updating insurance information and making the patient feel valued are critical components for this very fast paced position. This practice enjoys very low turnover and an excellent reputation.  This is the first- and last-person patients interact with so professionalism and warmth are vital components.  We appreciate and value our staff.  To acknowledge that, we provide excellent medical insurance and pay for it in full, regular reviews, staff meetings and lots of other perks. Because of the volume and patient acuity, medical office experience is required.  We will consider new Medical Administrative Assistant graduates.
