PropacPayless is a leading specialty service pharmacy, we offer a wide range of customized pharmacy services for the following markets: 
•    Skilled nursing/intermediate care facilities
•    Assisted living/residential care centers
•    Behavioral health communities
•    Correctional facilities

We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to support our Vancouver, Washington facility. This position duties include handling calls in assisting customers regarding orders, delivery, and follow-ups; submit and process refillsPrimary Functions:
•    Must be able to handle multiple calls back to back 
•    Assist customers regarding orders and delivery 
•    Research customer concerns regarding paperwork follow-up 
•    Is able to be flexible in covering assigned work shifts
•    Triage of Daily faxes, ERX/Surescript Triage
•    Process Refills 
•    Use of computer system to assist customers with concerns
•    Complete QA reports 
•    Submit refill requests for customers
•    Check refill line
•    Research customer concerns regarding finding orders or if we received an order 
•    Some overtime may be required to support other departments
•    Transferring calls to supervisors, other departments and Branch Pharmacies assisting customers with complaints
     o    Where is my medication?
     o    Delivery did not show up can you find out why?
     o    Refills – how many are left
     o    Controls – do I have a valid prescription or a quantity left 
     o    When will medication get delivered
     o    Calls from Doctors Office
     o    Calls regarding Insurance, Claims 
•    Performs all other duties as assigned.

07. Participates in continuing education, training, in-services, and attends staff meetings as required.
08. Assists with projects as assigned and performs other related duties.
