PropacPayless is a leading specialty service pharmacy, we offer a wide range of customized pharmacy services for the following markets: 
•    Skilled nursing/intermediate care facilities
•    Assisted living/residential care centers
•    Behavioral health communities
•    Correctional facilities

We are seeking Billing Representative to support our Vancouver facility.  This position provide pharmacy office services by maintaining patient billing records, along with preparing and submitting claims. Knowledge of Medicaid regulation and insurance billing a must

Primary Functions
•    Responsible for entering and maintaining patient profile information in the billing system.
•    Maintains up to date information on each facility’s Medicaid patients and works with Medicaid caseworkers to resolve issues.
•    Assists pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure quality customer experience and service following company policies and procedures.
•    Assists in working daily rejections for the third party payers.
•    Performs timely reconciliation of paid claims, including the collection of current and past due claims.
•    Answers telephone inquiries regarding billings.
•    Provides clerical support to the pharmacy as requested.
•    Performs related duties as requested.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and insurance filing procedures a must.
• Pharmacy Assistant License to be obtained
• Vocational or Associate Degree with basic accounting or business office studies, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to maintain basic accounting records. Able to understand reports
• Ability to accurately problem-solve booking and billing issues
• Experience with PC and Microsoft Word and Excel a must.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills along with problem solving skills required
• Ability to maintain basic accounting records.
