The Role: Entry Level Recruiter

The Entry Level Recruiter will be responsible for managing and supporting the entire recruiting process for various roles in our organization. The Recruiter will be the first point of contact for candidates. This is a full-time position.


  • Heavy phone screening
  • Posting job ads
  • Develop and execute personal time management plan
  • Keep an active pipeline of all applicants in order to track and organize all prospects
  • Maintain all recruiting reports
  • Initiate background check requests
  • Generate new hire offer letters, orientation information
  • Orientation presentations
  • Effective communication with hiring managers and candidates
  • Attend job fairs
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2-year office or recruiting experience
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and deadline driven
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work on a team and on your own
  • Computer skills, including some proficiency with Microsoft Office
