We have an opportunity for a full time Recruiting & Admin Coordinator for a small yet busy company in Providence.

Duties of the Recruiting & Admin Coordinator:
• Supporting the recruiting team with various admin tasks
• Assisting with posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
• Responsible for onboarding and assisting employees with questions

Requirements for the Recruiting & Admin Coordinator:
• Bachelors preferred. Associates degree and 1-2 years of office experience required
• Strong planning, execution, and follow-up – effectively prioritizes time
• Strong attention to detail, ability to track multiple components of a broad task
• Ensures timely execution and follow-up
• Professional verbal and written communication skill
• Strong MS Office skills – Excel, Word, Outlook, Access
