One of our key areas of focus is modern and customer centric sales approach. We want to grow our Inside Sales team to accelerate ITP’s growth levers in Cloud Services, Technology Services and Managed Services along with our traditional services in Advisory Services and Talent Acquisition. Our inside sales team along with our experienced sales team is charted to so establish and innovate by leveraging new technology to drive impactful sales and meet target demand coverage.

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will team-up with our of highly-talented and experience Sales Team and skilled Practice Leads to work for the US and other geographies, ensuring customers receive the highest sales coverage, quality technical guidance and time to time our new solutions/partnership awareness campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive sales conversations and Level 1 technical queries
  • Meet and exceed team-level monthly, quarterly and annual targets for net new Cloud Engineering Services, Technology Services, Professional Services and Managed Services Prospects and its associated operational metrics
  • Accurately forecast, assess risk and identify exceptional performance plans in weekly deal and pipeline reviews with senior management
  • ITP will coach to utilize modern sales and communications tools & techniques to effectively reach, sell to and manage customers
  • Demonstrate aspects of the technical and business solution to customers
  • Drive operational excellence of key center metrics including response rates, conversions, pipeline, velocity, accuracy, customer satisfaction, breadth of portfolio
  • ITP will provide readily available Solution Training and Technical Learning Sessions
  • Manage the collaboration and teaming of different roles in ITP Sales Team, Various Solution Practice Teams and ITP Management
  • Deliver a world-class customer engagement experience

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of related Technical Sales or Solution Sales experience in the technology industry
  • 3+ year of experience managing high performance technical-sales teams, coaching solution sales and account development strategies
  • 2+ years of AWS, Azure or other Cloud-related Technology Sales Experience
  • Sales, complex sales training (e.g., Miller Hyman, Spin, Michael Bosworth, Challenger, Holden, Krauthammer, etc.)
  • Solid interpersonal skills, cross-group collaboration and proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries
  • Meaningful experience at IT Consulting and services or cloud services companies is a plus
  • Bachelor degree preferred
