Job Qualifications 

This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other business related degree with 5 years’ of relevant experience in timekeeping or HRIS administration, process and data management

High level of professional and personal integrity and ability to exercise good judgment

Proven track record of deploying time and attendance and/or HR technology solutions both on premise and cloud platforms that enable business objectives and goals

Skilled at building cross-functional and multi-level relationships

Requires strong analytical skills and the ability interpret business requirements to technical solutions and business process mapping

Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred certifications in Project Management and Human Resources

Preferred 4 to 8 years of experience in timekeeping system administration, Ceridian Dayforce time and attendance administration preferred (Kronos experience a plus)

 

Job Responsibilities 
 

Responsible for product ownership and oversight of time and attendance systems and the delivery of system enhancement, upgrades, updates and patching required to maintain system performance and relevance to the organization. Support operational and regulatory requirements through the review, testing and implementation of upgrades, enhancements and patches. Coordinating activities with the field HR, COE's and functional teams. 

Ensures HR governance model is being followed for all systems; intake, change control, enhancements, break fix, CI, security, change/release calendar and budgeting

Collaborate with HRIS systems and analysts; support changes and requirements for file feeds

Manage multiple HR Service Delivery projects, their associated deliverables and timelines

Work with the quality manager to design test script automation and regression testing protocols time and attendance platforms while overseeing functional testing for all updates and projects

Collaborate with HR Service Delivery leadership, SaaS vendors, IT, VMO and HR COE's to implement and update, on an annual basis, a multi-year roadmap, for the effective use and adoption of the modules and other purchased software features of cloud solutions

Conducts technology steering committee forums with the functional owners of the time and attendance technology solutions to review future updates and features that will drive continued adoption and relevance of the platform.

Directs end-user support for access issues, application errors and data problems. Performs research and testing for fixes as needed and quickly resolves issues 

Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation to train end users on new modules, processes, and functionality

Identify and purpose solutions for underperforming centralized services and system; while identifying opportunities to improve overall HR effectiveness and performance.

 Work with HRIS security to support HR system access, govern and grant access to various systems
