There is an opening for an energetic, professional looking to pursue a position in the Administrative field as a Clerical Receptionist. Several firms are looking for a driven and punctual Administrative Assistant and Clerical Receptionist. In this dynamic role this individual will have the opportunity to correspond with several departments while completing their tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities of the Clerical Receptionist

  • Answer phones & relay messages
  • Invoicing
  • Filing, faxing & scanning
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
  • Run company’s errands to post office and office supply store as needed
  • Draft company reports and correspondence
  • Special projects
