Responsibilities of the Clerical Receptionist
- Answer phones & relay messages
- Filing, faxing & scanning
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
- Run company’s errands to post office and office supply store as needed
- Draft company reports and correspondence
- Special projects
