PropacPayless is a leading specialty service pharmacy, we offer a wide range of customized pharmacy services for the following markets: 
•    Skilled nursing/intermediate care facilities
•    Assisted living/residential care centers
•    Behavioral health communities
•    Correctional facilities

We are seeking E-Box Billing Technician to support our Vancouver facility. The E-Box Billing Technician is responsible for billing all medications and supplies removed from the Cubex emergency dispensing machines and all tackle emergency kits. Technician will also be cross trained to work in E-Box Production. Anticipated hours will be Monday to Friday 7 am to 9 pm and Saturday and Sunday 9 am - 6 pm (staff to alternate weekends).

Primary Functions:
01.    Process E-Box/Cubex medication removals in Framework in an accurate and timely manner compliant with company policy, procedures and Federal/State Laws.
02.    Request prescriptions from prescribers for CII-CV medications and follow up on all faxes.
03.    Ability to identify and report any and all irregularities, inappropriate patterns or suspicion of diversion.
04.    Communicate with facilities regarding incorrect medication pulled from E-Box/Cubex or medication pulled without proper documentation.
05.    Answer E-Box/Cubex related emails and phone calls. 
06.    Prepare E-Box prescription labels.
07.    Performs all other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
• Strong organizational and detail orientation skills a must
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment a must
• Experience with Framework data entry, DocuTrack and Microsoft Office a plus
• Proficient in dosage calculations
• Washington Pharmacy Technician License
