PropacPayless is a leading specialty service pharmacy, we offer a wide range of customized pharmacy services for the following markets: 
•    Skilled nursing/intermediate care facilities
•    Assisted living/residential care centers
•    Behavioral health communities
•    Correctional facilities

We are seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician our Vancouver facility. This position duties include data entry and processing of new orders and refill orders for residents of long term care facilities serviced by the pharmacy. Exceptional customer service, drug knowledge, and processing of high volume of orders. Valid WA State Certified Pharmacy Technician license required.

Schedule is Thursday through Sunday 9:30 am - 8 pm. 

Primary Functions:

01. Able to decipher and accurately enter orders for new and refill prescriptions.
02. Provide excellent customer service by answering non-clinical related phone inquiries.
03. Quickly process incoming faxes including directing them to appropriate department.
04. Help provide prompt customer service by assisting staff in answering phones.
05. Ability to swiftly and accurately maintain workflow in high-volume long-term care pharmacy.
06. Understand technical terms and processes.
07. Work in a team oriented environment

06. Maintains neat appearance, good personal hygiene and appropriate attire.
07. Participates in continuing education, training, in-services, and attends staff meetings as required.
08. Assists with projects as assigned and performs other related duties.

Required Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and perform these job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
01. Must be able to type 35 words per minute and use a 10-key.
02. Must be a certified pharmacy technician in the state of Washington.
03. Excellent written and oral communication skills along with problem solving skills required.
04. Proficient in basic math skills to perform dosage calculations with skill and confidence.
05. Must possess strong reasoning skills and strong attention to detail.
