  • Using Salesforce’s functionality (and other necessary tools), collect, summarize and analyze CMR data to build and provide reports / dashboards that are meaningful to driving the business
  • Consult with functional stakeholders to identify short- and long-term problems and challenges that data and analysis can help solution
  • Create and generate relevant reports and analysis for various user groups in our organization
  • Create Salesforce measurement strategies and roadmaps by working collaboratively with functional heads to meet business objectives
  • Clearly define analytic project deliverables, timelines and dependencies across multiple, cross-functional partners

Training requirements

  • Deep knowledge of building dashboards, scorecards and identifying KPI’s

Knowledge and skills

  • Demonstrated and proven track record of leveraging analytics and data to drive measurable, significant business impacts
  • Solid understanding of the principles of data management and business process workflow

Technical Skills

  • Expert level ability to use Excel with programming skills plus advance skills in data visualization like Tableau or Spotfire

Job experience

  • Minimum 7 years analytic experience leveraging CRM/Salesforce platform data (Salesforce)
