CRM Database Marketing Analyst

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Develop complex SQL queries across multiple ORACLE tables to provide insights and segmentation on Email, Direct Mail and Social audiences for target marketing.
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities, effectiveness, and business impact. 
  • Ensure optimal data quality, enhance and maintain business rules, that will improve the effectiveness of marketing programs. 
  • Identifies trends on data and ability to communicate conclusions in a clear and visual manner.
  • Create Dashboards to allow Brand, Managers & extended CRM Team to strategize, discern data insights and measure KPI results via an interactive way. (i.e. Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc..)
  • Scrutinizes various data sources from MGD, ODS (i.e. OpenTable, Ziosk, BI, Check Level Analytics, SMS, ESPs and Marketing Data Mart, Loyalty Pilot ) to quantify and segment marketing audience by Brands, demographic segments, restaurant locations and guest behavior. 
  • Demonstrates a commitment toward meeting and exceeding the needs of our customers and consistently adheres to Customer Service standards.
  • Initiates, researches, and proposes resolution as experience/ knowledge increases.
  • Assists Guest Relations teams with Guest research on backend systems to confirm subscription status and profile data questions.
  • Work with internal and external teams to define and refine processes that that continually improve marketing programs and reporting methodology. 
  • This position will work closely with the CRM Managers / Leaders for both Acquisitions & Campaign Management, as well as IT and with external vendors as needed.
  • Consistently enhances skills and job knowledge by researching new technologies and software products and trends, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task across numerous work streams in a fast paced, dynamic team environment
