Job Duties: Work directly with the head of the underwriting team, analyzing business financing applications using both qualitative and quantitative methods such as financial analysis, financial modeling and risk evaluation. Works closely with the Relationship Managers in structuring, analyzing and negotiating transactions.

1. Financial Reporting- Analyze Tax Returns, Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, debt schedules

2. Financial Modeling-Discount Cash Flow analysis and Debt Service Coverage ration analysis based from client's financial documents in order to estimate a company’s value and liquidity

3. Mergers and Acquisitions-Determine the net worth based on assets and liabilities evaluation

4. Credit Risk Evaluation- Perform credit analysis on borrowers through credit reports, background checks, and other due diligence activities

Requirements: Masters Degree in Finance & Financial Management Services, and 12 months exp. in the job offered, or as an Equity Research Analyst. The Employer will accept Applicants who have other suitable combinations of education, training or experience

Salary: 101,254.00/Year

Hours: 40/week, Mon. to Fri., 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
