Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

BSN required w/in 24 months of hire into RN position/Enrollment required w/in 6 months

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license

Current American Heart Association BLS provider

CNOR within 6 months

ACLS and/or PALS within 6 months

Experience/ Skills:

OR experience required

Extensive Orthopedic OR experience required

Management experience required and competent in pre-operative practice
