Career Evolutions is searching for a Customer Success Operations Executive for a fast-growing tech company in Phoenix metro area, AZ. It’s full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a compensation package up to $200,000 (Salary + Bonus + Equity).

You have already been a part of building out a sales operations function in a tech startup environment and you are an advanced user of Salesforce and you thrive in guiding and supporting sales and customer success organizations. You are energetic, entrepreneurial, tech-savvy, and enjoys being responsible for guiding and supporting the sales process and help smooth out the rough edges around the Salesforce implementation.
You will be responsible for designing successful Sales and Customer Success organizations by building and improving scalable processes, tooling and performance management analytics across the entire organization. You are responsible for efficiently and effectively ensuring these processes, systems and tooling efforts can scale to grow transaction volume by 5-10 times over the next 2 years. You will serve as a collaborative and trusted partner to other leaders as well as the Engineering, Product & Design teams.
You own the business outcomes of all processes and playbooks as well as systems and tools. You master KPI’s - measurement, analytics, and projections - for the Customer Experience teams. And, you work with Product Managers and Engineers to automate processes to continually improve the ability to serve customers with skill and ease. Also, you will manage end-to-end workflow via Salesforce. You will also design compensation and incentives to drive performance and align with business goals based on current performance and changing business goals. In addition, you will also anticipate and respond to shifting needs and goals of the company and the Customer Success function and proactively align and execute accordingly.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor Degree required, Master’s degree a plus
7+ years of proven experience in operations and analytical roles
Proven hands-on experience launching Salesforce (CRM) and other software / tooling solutions across organizations with success and business impact
Hands-on experience of launching playbooks and processes across organizations
Hands-on experience of developing, instrumenting and managing KPI’s and dashboards team-wide
Track-record of designing and implementing incentive-based compensation structures with impact
Quantitative and data-driven; able to draw insights from data, make decisions with imperfect data
Strong organizational, problem solving abilities, presentation, and analytical skills
Creative and a history of thinking “outside the box” to solve complicated / multi-faceted problems
Highly motivated, self-directed, results oriented, able to work and inspire cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
