Technical Sales Overlay, Contact Center - NY, NJ, Charlotte, NC, Boston, MA, Miami, FL 

Company is seeking seasoned sales executives to successfully build and sell contact center within a growing market segment and practice. Our sales executives will be the key to driving contact center growth, creating solid end-to-end customer experiences and helping to evangelize the Company Contact Center brand to the market. They represent the company as Subject Matter Experts in creating a center of excellence for the contact center practice, while working with key partners, internal constituents and processes to create satisfied and referenceable customers.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Find, support and close new business according to targets, objectives, and plans to meet or exceed quota
Manage all steps of the selling process; coordinate complex decision-making in order to overcome objections to closure
Prepare formal proposals and present to decision makers within customer organizations
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership in a timely and consistent manner
Build and maintain relationships with potential and current customers and sales partners
Assist and support other sales groups as a subject matter expert in sales effort through participation in sales calls and closing efforts
Support the implementation process by maintaining customer contact, answering technical questions, and effecting a smooth and successful transition to account management post-implementation
Assist in prioritizing product needs based on potential revenue assessments
Build trust and rapport with current and potential customers
Actively participate in activities and events for building future pipeline
Regularly keeps sales leadership apprised of issues and potential sales
Complete all paperwork timely
Travels as needed to maximize growth and revenue, while adhering to Company travel policies and requirements. Travel required 50%

Experience And Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred
7+ years of software/solution sales experience, SaaS related preferred
Proven track record in quota attainment and top performance
Ability to close mid-to-large contact center opportunities and drive multi-faceted sales cycles
Accountability in driving internal process to make sure deals are prioritized
Understanding and ability to articulate the value of advanced Voice, Cloud, API and Contact Center platform story
Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented with high emotional intelligence
Strong candidates maintain previous experience with companies such as Genesys/Interactive Intelligence, Serenova, Five9, inContact, Aspect Software, Cisco, Avaya, NICE and Verint.
