Description

These individuals must possess a significant amount of all-source analytic experience, with demonstrated experience incorporating all sources in the production of intelligence in support of Insider Threat issues:

  • Provide senior all-source analysts for conducting comprehensive all-source research, analysis & fusion of traditional & not-traditional sources of information supporting the Insider Threat mission
  • Produce all-source Insider Threat-related products for customers, including those in the DoD, intelligence, security, law enforcement communities & other audiences
  • Aggregate, analyze, & evaluate government & open source information to assist in the evaluation of potential risk as it relates to insider threat
  • Extract & organize statistical data to support the building of metrics reports, summaries, case studies & trend reports
  • Communicate complex ideas & analyses orally & in writing
  • Plan & conduct research using tools & data sources to discover the information necessary to support analysis
  • Assist in the preparation & production of risk warning & situational awareness reports related to Insider Threat issues
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an all-source analyst supporting tactical and/or strategic levels.
  • Exemplified knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle and organizations; knowledge of and/or ability to use various research tools; clear understanding of the systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and disseminating intelligence data; knowledge of organization(s) that collect and analyze intelligence data and the methods that they use.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in the areas of Insider Threat, User Activity Monitoring, Counterintelligence and/or Personnel Security. Knowledge of terminology, methodology, and information gathering techniques, as well as research and analytical techniques, as applied to difficult and complex assignments in security, law enforcement, or counterintelligence analysis.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the DoD population through work experience directly supporting the DoD; experience providing support and expertise to an Insider Threat program is preferred.
  • Must have an active DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility at the time of proposal submission. 
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher level degree) in criminal justice, security, or related discipline such as cybersecurity, is preferred. 
  • Superb communication skills, both written and oral. 
  • Demonstrated experience conducting risk assessments and presenting findings to a variety of audiences, to include senior leadership.
