Description

Roles and Responsibilities: • Monitoring acquisition strategies and milestones for appropriateness • Coordinating with the Military Services and CSAs in establishing acquisition milestones that meet theater requirements • Supporting preparation of presentations using Microsoft Office Suite PowerPoint software • Resolving conflicts between the acquisition and contracting solutions to meet the goals of the directorate • Recommending funding strategies and identifying funding sources in support of ISR initiatives • Supporting management of budget and reprogramming issues for the ISR Operations Directorate. This includes tracking approved future capabilities and coordinating funding strategies for them with OSD/Comptroller • Identifying ISR Operations Directorate initiatives that should transition to CSA or Service programs of record and developing strategies to support the transition process • Active monitoring and oversight of Combat Support Agency (CSA) and Service ISR initiatives development and funding execution in support of special activities of the Joint Requirements Process, Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) process cycle and defense acquisition cycle • Other duties as assigned

Education Level Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred 
Education Major Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Financial Management 
Experience (Essential) • 8 years of general experience, with 5 years of experience in any combination of, military, government civilian, or contractor experience with DoD  • Financial Management (FM) enterprise is highly desired Demonstrated experience with Military Intelligence Program (MIP) and other intelligence-related funding sources • Demonstrated experience with DoD Comptroller and Office of Management and Budget process, documentation, and analysis 
Experience (Desirable) • Project Management experience including DAWIA Level II or higher, or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Recent (within last two years) experience on Service, Joint, or Office of Secretary of Defense Staff. Experience with OUSD(I) 
Special Requirements (Shift Work, Extensive Travel, etc. and any Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications (BFOQs)) TS/SCI PCL is required at hire, clearance must be active and in use within the last 24 months and adjudicated by DIA or DoD CAF GOV’T
