One of the world’s leading international law firms, seeks to hire highly qualified junior and mid-level associates with prior law firm experience to join their Corporate & Business Transactions Practice in the Boston office.
The Corporate & Business Transactions practice is composed of more than 350 lawyers globally, with approximately 50 CBT professionals resident in Boston. The firm focus’s on a broad range of transactional and corporate counseling matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, private equity, venture capital and early-stage companies, securities and capital markets, corporate governance, and outsourcing/commercial transactions.
The ideal candidates will have at least five years of corporate transactional experience. Experience with M&A, private equity or venture capital/emerging companies is preferred, though not required. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organizational, communication, writing, interpersonal and analytical skills. The firm value’s collegiality and diversity among their lawyers and seek to make the practice both professionally and personally rewarding. Massachusetts bar membership is preferred.
