We are seeking a midlevel associate to join the Finance practice in a dynamic Charlotte office. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience, and will be able to manage bank and acquisition finance transactions and will have a practice focused on commercial lending, corporate finance and private equity and mezzanine financings. The candidate will represent both lenders and borrowers in connection with the negotiation of secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans and acquisition financings. Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice is preferred. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic contributor to the Firm and office culture, and have a collaborative approach to his/her work environment.
