We are seeking a midlevel associate to join a Banking & Asset Finance practice in a dynamic Charlotte office. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience, and would be able to serve both as the lead and the supporting associate on transactions involving the representation of financial institutions in commercial real estate and structured finance transactions. A background in commercial real estate and/or securitization or is preferred.
Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
