We are seeking an Accounts Payable & Administrative Coordinator to join a leading manufacturing company. The position will include a wide variety of responsibilities including:
- -Preparing invoices,
- -Entering and paying bills (A/P),
- -Maintaining general ledger entries,
- -Month-end closing procedures and assisting the accounting team with bank reconciliation procedures.
- -Email correspondence, telephone calls, data entry.
We are seeking candidates who possess the following skill sets:
- -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- -Must have strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
- -Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
