Responsibilities:

- Work with the sales team to on-board new clients as well as provide technical support to existing clients.

- Provide proactive support and service by setting up accounts using consistent processes.

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- Coordinate with our operations team to quickly resolve all user issues.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of HTML code.

- Customer Service experience preferred.

- Strong Multi-tasker.
