Job Overview
In the Deal Desk Support role you’ll be responsible for reviewing and processing Sales Order Forms, Credit Card
Transactions and subscription license fulfillment.

Results/Deliverables Expected
● You will process credit transactions and running detailed data validation in (SFDC)
● You will review customer signed Order Forms, confirming they align with the opportunity
information entered in SFDC (understanding making updates in SFDC is essential)
● You understand the "why" and "how" as it relates to process by reviewing discounts and
special payment terms to confirm they adhere to Sales Policy and Procedures. If
they don't, you obtain appropriate approvals as necessary.
● You will assist Account Executives by resolving any errors related to order forms to
expedite booking.
● The ability to work a flexible work schedule is desired to insure we support our global
sales organization with extraordinary services in a time sensitive and sometimes high
pressure environment

Skills And Experience Necessary For The Role
● Data Entry and experience reviewing order documents and entering applicable data into
sales databases
● You are a high energy professional, passionate about partnering with our sales teams to
close deals
● You love working in a high volume, high demand, fast paced and dynamic environment
● You understand the importance of being dependable and you are there for your team
when needed - especially at end of month and end of quarter sales cycles
● You have experience in standardized software applications, including Gmail, Google
Docs, and Google Sheets
● You have the ability to work independently with limited supervision, to multi-task and
prioritize work
● You love problem solving
● Accounting experience a plus but not required
