Description

High profile, prestigious downtown corporation has an immediate opening for a polished, professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the President of the corporation. This is a high-profile role within the firm!

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate, schedule and calendar all meetings for the President
• Coordinate all travel arrangements, including business expense reimbursement and event registrations (when necessary)
• Update and keep current filing and contacts to ensure accurate and quick access for all information
• Maintain the highest level of executive support skills including excellent communication and editing skills
• Support the President by being pro-active and taking initiative providing ad hoc project coordination support for key strategic and operational projects
• Establish effective working relationships with all employees, client and vendors
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as requested
• Prepare reports on an as needed basis

• Organizational Skills -- Must be extremely organized, have the ability to multi-task and create project plans for ongoing projects.
• Excellent people skills -- must able to work both independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to anticipate the needs of the President -- must be assertive, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized -- must have the ability to multitask and create and track project plans for ongoing projects.

Qualifications
• Minimum of five years of executive administrative experience required, reporting at the Partner/Owner level
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent field of study
• Technologically adept, including advanced level skills using Microsoft Office Suite
