-Assist with archiving court records to include: transferring documents out of binders,
organizing documents, verifying all documentation is accounted for, storing like documents
together, retrieving documents from storage, prepare documents for archival storage, and
other duties as needed
-Act as courier when needed
-Maintain access logs
-Remain present in the office space while it is occupied. Track the location of documents
within the facility on a daily basis
-Escort all approved visitors
-Remove documents and computer equipment from classified storage safes
-Ensure that all classified material being removed from the facility is packaged appropriately
-Create new case drawers in safes or file boxes for storage in a secure room in the secure
-Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner, and take messages and forward calls or
questions, as needed.
-Ensure visitors comply with the rules/procedures of the facility and report any violations.
-Send and receive unclassified facsimile documents. Copy and scan documents as instructed.
-Assist with Secure Terminal Equipment (STE) phone calls.
-Report all issues or concerns related to the running of the facility.
-Ensure all classified material is appropriately stored when not in use.
Skills and Core Competencies:
-Strong administrative abilities to include a strong background in MS Office Suite such Excel, Word, and Publisher which are utilized in the archive project.
-Must have experience with handling and/or archiving classified information.
-Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have a high school diploma.
-Must have a TS/SCI clearance
Normal workdays are Mon-Fri (except US Federal Holidays), from 0900-2100 hours (must be flexible; however, workdays are typically only 8-hour days). There are Surge hours for this contract to include some coverage on Saturdays and Sundays, as needed.
