Talent Orchard LLC has been retained to assist a growing Federal Contractor in acquiring Help Desk telent for a newly awarded contract located at Fort Belvoir in Virginia. All candidates must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.

The candidate will provide on-site IT Help Desk support to the ARCYBER Headquarters (approximately 650 users; growing to 1000 by FY 2020) for all supported Networks (NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS, and NSANet).  The candidate will coordinate troubleshooting procedures with the local Network Enterprise Center (NEC), INSCOM, 902d MI GP, and NSA. All tasks will be completed at Fort Belvoir, VA (currently supporting approximately 140 users). Personnel may require periodic travel within the National Capitol Region (NCR).
Duties include but are not limited to:


  • Property book support, maintaining site hardware asset inventory to include equipment receipt and control management.  The candidate will support occasional equipment transport if necessary and support installation and deinstallation of hardware and software and associated infrastructure.
  • Account management support, providing account administration and maintenance for user and Email accounts.  The candidate will process requests for user accounts on multiple networked systems as well as standalone systems.  The candidate will submit SIPRNet token requests and assist ARCYBER customers with SIPRNet token management.
  • The candidate will assist with the maintenance of ARCYBER databases such as the ARCYBER Emergency Alert System and Enterprise Email Distribution List IAW local TTP.



  • TS/SCI required.
  • IAT Level II cert required.  Acceptable certifications include CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, and SSCP (only one required)
  • Bachelor’s preferred or 3 years of experience working IT and Help Desk activities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, positive attitude. 
  • Willingness to learn new things and take on new tasks. 
  • Must have outstanding organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, the ability to work well within deadlines; and demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot problems independently and perform duties with changing priorities and under hectic circumstances.
