REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Talent Orchard LLC is the retained recruiting partner for Melinta Therapeutics, we are managing the search on behalf of Melinta for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM). This is a salaried role with Melinta with full benefits and a company car.
Melinta Therapeutics is the largest pure play antibiotics company in the US with a potential $1B in commercial and late stage development products, plus a robust early development pipeline. Our mission is to meet the continually evolving threat of bacterial infections by discovering, developing, and commercializing a continual stream of novel antibiotics.
The Regional Sales Manager, Key Accounts will be responsible for managing a geographical area that includes 7-8 territories and will provide supervision and coaching their respective Key Account Managers (KAMs) on relevant personnel and operational matters. This position will be responsible for increasing sales and meeting objectives and is accountable for the overall success of the geographical area and customer base, including clinicians, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks within the assigned geography.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline is required. An MBA is preferred
75% travel. May involve some travel to conferences and/or sales meetings as necessary
