Office Assistant Role:

  • The Office Assistant will provide support to the claims staff and perform other office tasks. 
  • Setting up/entering new claims
  • Entering inventories, pricing inventories and updating notes
  • Processing mail, filing and faxing
  • Preparing/reviewing letters and answering phone calls


  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must be extremely comfortable on the phone - customer service experience a plus!
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
  • Able to work independently.
