We want to hire a top-notch Administrative Assistant to join our clients team. This is a junior role providing admin support to a small team of managers. Qualified candidates will possess outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, be flexible about workload and assignments, and possess a positive mentality and professional demeanor. Ideal candidate should have a bachelors; degree and 6 to 12 months of admin experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle correspondence and screen phone calls
  • Maintain calendar and scheduling of appointments
  • Maintain office with general supply orders and neatness
  • Create spreadsheets, tables, newsletters, and other documents using Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher
  • Prepare materials for meetings, events, etc. as assigned
  • Support all departments as assigned
  • Type memos and correspondence as required
  • Clerical support including copying, filing, scanning, data entry etc.
  • Punctuality to work each day and prepared to work a flexible schedule
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to exercise good judgment on a consistent basis
  • Superb professionalism and diplomacy; ability to interact with high-level individuals
  • Outstanding interpersonal and telephone mannerisms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher
  • Working knowledge of personal computers, fax/copy machine, mail meter, and other office equipment
  • Must be discreet with confidential letters, memos, correspondence, and company-confidential documents
