Busy distribution company looking for a dependable outgoing HIGH ENERGY LEVEL well organized part-time administrative assistant that will be responsible for varied duties including scheduling appointments, answering phones, preparing presentations, typing letters, scanning and light invoicing, responding to emails as well as a wide-range of other clerical and administrative office duties. The qualified applicant MUST possess strong verbal and written communication skills and MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office products. You must be a self-starter who is comfortable with face-to-face and telephone interactions with clients and relay a professional appearance and attitude. You must be a committed team player in a VERY FAST-PACED DEMANDING professional environment. The PART-TIME work schedule is flexible with approx 30 hours per week.
