Career Evolutions is searching for a Customer Success Manager (SaaS) for a fast growing international SaaS company located off the 134 and 101 in Burbank, CA. It’s a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a first year compensation potential up to $85,000.

As a Customer Success Manager you are fun, energetic, and eager join our client’s fast-paced Customer Success Team. You are inspired by the feedback from customers every day and find it motivating while leading our client’s passionate Customer Success Team to produce a world class customer experience.
You are responsible for leading a small customer success team in onboarding larger customers to help them set up for success and enabling existing customers to deepen the relationship and increase the value they get from our client’s products and services. You will enable customers to realize their objectives through the use of the platform. You will intuitively understand their needs and proactively help identify ways in which they can interact with our client's product to increase their productivity and results.
You will develop best practices for new customer onboarding and customer growth / upsell / renewal to ensure ongoing customer success. You communicate directly with customers to answer questions and address issues through email, live chat, video chat, and other channels. And, educate users on how to use our client’s product based on their specific needs. You will also maximize customer retention metrics and track and identify the probability of customer renewal and expansion for each customer.
You will create content and enable customers to drive user engagement via customer education programs including emails, webinars, workshops, videos and written materials / guides to maximize their use. You will be reporting directly to the global Head of Customer Success.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
2-5 years of working in customer-facing roles in SaaS Customer Success environments
Previous management and leadership experience is necessary
Customer success and service is in your DNA
Excited about the prospect of building a Customer Success process from almost scratch
Strong teamwork background and experience implementing Customer Success best practices and processes
Self-motivated and driven with great time management skills
Quick learner and can work effectively in a tech startup environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
