A well established and fast paced technology company is looking for a Purchasing Administrative Assistant to join their team. We are looking for a bright, eager individual with strong attention to detail! Is that you? Apply!


  • -Evaluate prices and quality of company products
  • -Assist in budgeting for company purchasing
  • -Collaborate about and improve procurement methods
  • -Coordinate with the purchasing staff to expedite orders and customer service assistance
  • -Stock and order new office supplies as necessary
  • -Analyze vendor invoices to ensure accuracy
  • -Review and file purchase agreements
  • -Compare product deliveries with purchase orders and troubleshoot any discrepancies
  • -Ad hoc administrative duties as needed

  • -1-3 years administrative experience in Purchasing department
  • -RFP and RFQ experience required
  • -Experience scheduling appointments
  • -Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • -Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • -Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required
  • -Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • -Ability to work well both independently and in a team
