SIS, a leading provider of Agency Management Systems for Independent Insurance Agents, is seeking a SAAS New Business Development Executive to join our growing Partner XE team and make an immediate impact for our company and customers.  Partner XE is business critical cloud based software utilized as a key component to our clients’ core operations.  We provide a learning environment for individuals that want to build a career in sales and are committed to personal and professional growth.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
•          High motivation to succeed and advance a sales career
•          A team player attitude, with a commitment to service
•          Strong verbal and written communication skills
•          Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel)
•          Bachelor's Degree and/or 1-3 years sales experience
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to delivering sales results by driving lead generation, building sales pipelines and generating sales opportunities.  This entails cold-calling, intelligently articulating company value proposition at management and ownership agency levels.    Identifying key decision makers in the agency, and uncovering their business needs.  Produce quality opportunities and drive to the closing stage
We are interested in candidates with zero-two years sales experience desiring a team oriented environment or recent college graduates.  This is a tremendous opportunity for young professionals who desire a long term career.
