Handle inbound and outbound calls in an active setting
Process incoming and outgoing correspondence
Greet and announce visitors and provide a high level of hospitality
Provide additional administrative support when needed
Maintain upkeep of the front office
Manage the front reception room
Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must have a professional phone demeanor
Excellent organizational skills
