Career Evolutions is searching for a Marketing Manager for a non-profit organization based in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity, paying up to $85,000 with excellent benefits.

You are passionate about marketing automation and understands the value solutions like Marketo can bring in a B2B world. You know what it takes to run an efficient, data-driven marketing operation and understand all the steps to building this infrastructure. CTR, CPA, CPL and CPS gets you excited. As a member of the marketing team, you will work to increase lead funnels and bring our messages to new audiences. This is a highly visible position within the organization, so you will need to push the boundaries of marketing tools and technologies to drive successful B2B campaigns. You enjoy strategizing solutions, but also rolling up your sleeves to work to execute on the plan. You are a continuous learner and comfortable applying contemporary marketing strategies to new situations.
Manage administration and expanded use of the marketing automation platform, i.e. Marketo
Ensure successful configuration, implementation and maintenance of all marketing programs within Marketo
Work with the Content Manager to target content for email nurturing and programs that move leads through the buying process
Establish lead scoring methodologies and intelligence programs used to assist sales prioritize activities
Develop campaign landing pages and conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rates
Track and measure marketing campaign ROI, attribution and sales effectiveness
Create sales and marketing KPI dashboards and other reports for executive review
Work with outside marketing agencies, CRM administrators and internal marketing stakeholders to ensure data is clean, campaigns are executed on time and marketing metrics are reported accurately
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
3+ years of marketing operations and/or automation experience
Deep experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot
Experience with CRM and integrations with marketing automation systems
Understanding of the B2B lead funnel and strategies to optimize lead conversions
Marketing operations experience as it relates to email nurturing, funnel optimization, database management, SEO and digital marketing
Thorough understanding of marketing metrics and analytics, proactive in analyzing performance and making improvements
Ability to work independently in a sole contributor position with ownership of work product
Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate statistical output in a manner that is engaging, understandable, and influential
