  • 10+ years call center management
  • 10+ years Sabre
  • Working knowledge of QC, ticketing, and scripting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Ability to travel
