The Personal Computer Support Specialist/Level I Tech Support Installs, configures, monitors and maintains personal computer software including McAfee ePO and Windows patching and operating system deployments. Loads and verifies software agents used for deployments of packages. Identifies and resolves hardware, software, and operating system problems, makes minor repairs or refers to application specialists.
Experience Level: 3-4 Years
Technical Environment: Microsoft Desktop OS, Microsoft Office Suite, SCCM, and Active Directory; McAfee VirusScan and LPR Printing.
