We want to hire a top-notch Junior Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a junior role providing admin support to a small team of managers. Qualified candidates will possess outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, be flexible about workload and assignments, and possess a positive mentality and professional demeanor.
*Handle correspondence and screen phone calls
*Maintain calendar and scheduling of appointments
*Maintain office with general supply orders and neatness
*Create spreadsheets, tables, newsletters, and other documents using Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher
*Prepare materials for meetings, events, etc. as assigned
*Support all departments as assigned
*Type memos and correspondence as required
*Clerical support including copying, filing, scanning, data entry etc.
*Punctuality to work each day and prepared to work a flexible schedule
*Other duties as assigned
*1-2 years of experience or Bachelor's degree preferred
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
*Proven ability to exercise good judgment on a consistent basis
*Superb professionalism and diplomacy; ability to interact with high-level individuals
*Outstanding interpersonal and telephone mannerisms
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher
*Working knowledge of personal computers, fax/copy machine, mail meter, and other office equipment
*Must be discreet with confidential letters, memos, correspondence, and company-confidential documents
*Must be flexible with workload and hours
*Position requires the ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously with interruptions
*Experience making business travel arrangements preferred
*Minimum physical requirements to perform all duties and responsibilities, as defined by management
