The Legal Administrative Assistant will be supporting a very busy attorney.
Duties may include: managing dockets, assisting with the preparation and filing of applications and related documents, preparing routine correspondence, file creation and maintenance.
The successful candidate will possess 2 to 3 years of experience, preferably a Bachelors degree, expert knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, outstanding communication skills and a high attention to detail, must have strong organizational skills, proofreading skills , attention to detail, ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner, ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters, have a proactive work ethic and the ability to work independently, with very little supervision.
