Career Evolutions is searching for an Executive Director for a fast-growing Senior Living Company. Full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a salary up to $150K.

As the Executive Director, you direct day-to-day operations appropriate for a first-class senior living Community that ensures health, safety, and satisfaction of all residents with strong business acumen based on their experience in overseeing a for profit business environment. The position includes overall management of the Community in accordance with the policies, procedures and an approved annual plan, which is in compliance with all state, local, and federal rules, regulations and laws applicable to the operation and/or licensure of the Community.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
General management responsibilities include, but are not limited to overseeing and accepting the final accountability for the following either directly or through designated staff:
Resident Care, Services, and Amenities
Public and resident relations
Community Maintenance Management
5 years experience prior experience in a management position in operating a Senior Living Community or related business
Possess a proven track record of leadership and employee motivation
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer services and going the extra mile
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
